First campaign completed !
Not only tonnage bar is working as it should but also campaign transition seems to work correctly !
First campaign run on Win7 OS, now i'm on with a Win8 OS. At the moment everything is running fine

Definitely, if the OSI is a sort of emulator of a DRM server... then we need to make our PC to act like one ! Microsoft strongly recommend the setting of a Win OS like the one shown on my previous post if someone want to use it like a server... it seems correct after all !
I would like to receive more confirmations about this fix before calling it "definitive"
