When you set up a
new career using SH3 Commander, leave the "Use Crew" option to Standard SH3. This will use the new crew configurations provided by NYGM TW. Also, under the SH3 Options button, make sure "Use fatigue model" is not checked on the Gameplay Settings page. With those two changes, you should be set on the fatigue model.
Also, if you are using the most recent version of SH3 Commander, be sure to go to the SH3 Commander/Cfg/Ship displacements.cfg and make sure you change the "RenownAwardedEqualsRandomTonnage" key from 0 to 1 and save. This will ensure there are no discrepancies between career and patrol tonnage values. Your entry should look like this:
