I use Winhq on my Mac for playing SH3.
And the h.sie patch didnt work for me.
Even with the orginal sh3.exe.
Everytime if i patch the file sh3.exe the game is crashing or didnt start.
But this solution is working and i am happy.
I can finally play sh3 with the bug fixes.
