i will try to answer:

First, how can I edit the icons to equip submarines? Some of them did not correct. By the way, to assign (and post) icons, upgrade slots, medals, etc.? I have not found a way to do this.

Secondly, I need help on editing the camera (placing the source point in the interior, links, etc.). Tried to deal with the editor of the s3d but didn't quite succeed. I am not sure you can do this.

Finally, the issue of placement of passive abilities on the HUD. Is it possible to make it so that there was only one icon regardless of how many crewes have the same ability? I hope for your help.
No. you cannot do this.
Sorry for all of the good news but it is what it is. My best advice is to keep trying and periodically search the forum as well as the download page. players are creating fixes/mods all of the time.
