... i think a mod could easily be added to the game as long as the weather routine could be figured out, whatever event triggers that change, as long as the weather change is not almost immediate, you could tie the "barometric pressure rising" text to a known time frame or known percent change of an improvement in the weather
I never thought of a barometer!! Just that would suffice for me. In a perfect world though i'd like something similar to that map the weather girl stands in front of on the news, i suppose it'd be rude not to invite the girl too.
I'm glad some of you understand how important the weather can be in planning your attack or escape. It's probably my biggest gripe RE SH3.
I'd do something about it myself but frankly i can barely operate my smart phone. Hopefully, one day someone might take up the challenge for us all
