I know that its working

... the lighthouse in WAC4.1 is working with the fixed flare.
Have a look at it!
I could create new lighthouses if I find good 3d models... also different coloured lights... but placing them into the landscape is a another thing... maybe you wanna do that? In WAC are many lighthouses. If you have the knowledge of the different locations with the correct light you could help.
