While a slow systematic process will work, you might consider this instead:
If you have, say 20 mods, and one is causing a problem, enable #1-#10, leaving #11-#20 disabled. If things work, you know the problem is in #11-#20, if they don't, the problem is in #1-#10. As you continue, keep cutting the mod section under investigation by 1/2. This should speed up the process.
