Your Uplay account locks your original version of SH5 regardless of the format it is in.
1.Email address
2.Password
3.Activation code
These 3 credentials must be the same as your original Uplay account.
If any one of these is incorrectly entered then you need to find and enter the correct data.
If it is saying that your activation code is in use then either you are entering the wrong email address or wrong password.
Do not forget that passwords are case sensitive.
