Do you mean immersible? As far as I know, all the UI mods released so far for SH5 are water-proof, guaranteed up to a depth of ca. 300 m u.s.l
Out of jokes, if you mean an UI with a cool WWII look, I think
CSP Magui by DrJones or
UI-Boat by reaper7 is what you are looking for. I doubt they are compatible with The Wolves os Steel though.
My suggestion is sticking to TWoS's original UI (which is a version of TDW's New UIs finetuned to work with the megamod), and customize it through TDW's option file editor, also included in TWoS. If you like, you can switch to a SHIII or SHIV-like interface.
