Oscar nominated actor Robert Loggia who has appeared in a number of gangster movies has passed away. Robert Loggia appeared in the movie " Scarface " with Al Pacino. Robert also appeared in the light hearted movie " Big" with Tom Hanks. Who can forget the scene where Robert danced beside tom hanks on a floor size keyboard playing 2 parts to chopsticks and heart and soul. Robert Loggia also appeared in the movie Independence Day.

Robert fought a 5 year battle with Alzheimer's disease.
