Hi Peter,
is it enabled by default in TWOS (I enabled the TWOS snapshot in TDW when I installed it)?
If I meddle with the file/settings mentioned above, will I increase both torpedo speed AND damage, or can I set both? The settings on the file after I have installed TWOS seems different
