Your reply to my post is interesting.
If you have noticed that you have what others want but cannot get.
Its also interesting that the first time that you enter SH3Commander before you select your career that it should show the VIIA as the default boat.
So in theory your SH3 tutorial that you need to do before starting your LSH3 career should be in a VIIA.
When you exit the game having done the tutorial to the desktop when you load SH3Commander again it should still be showing a VIIA.
When the game loads the first time it is advised that you do not make any changes in the office but get straight on and start the Eprobugstelle test mission.
It is after you dock and transfer that you create the next automatic save (Before mission)
And as I said it is this save that should give the gamer the choice of staying with the VIIA or upgrading to the VIIB.
The upgrade should always be taken because the VIIA is not ocean going.
The 20mm pop gun is not going to be much use when you have used your meager stock of torpedoes.
