The starboard washes out more quickly and I've flipped back and forth between them to see contacts on the TB-29 that could not be seen on the TB-16.

Here's some language from the Dangerous Waters manual. Always go to the source (I work in the nuclear industry, so quoting "regulations" is half of my job haha):
