Well, that's true.
I lightened the night to enable better targeting. TMO has it so black you can't see a thing. The only file that accomplishes this is in the Data/Textures/TNormal/tex/
reflex_pac.tga. This is the only OTC image file that has anything to do with the environment. Remove this image file from both TLowRes and TNormal folders, and its straight TMO.
Most environmental color changes are found in the Data/scene.dat file (which OTC does not have).
