This is the correct order.

Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_byTheBeast
Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_Patch_1
#Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_Patch_1_HotFix
Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_Patch_1 Hotfix_2 (without date)

One problem that I found was I paid the renown to get radar I still did not get it even though it said I had received it.
