I got the Equipment Upgrade Fix_v1_4 byTheBeast, and the Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_Patch_1 and also the Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_Patch_1 Hotfix_2.1 (date) OR Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_Patch_1 Hotfix_2.1 (without date).

I have installed them in that order using JSGME to enable MOD(s), the problem is I can not see the upgrades in the game when I try and do the upgrades. The emblems show up, but no torpedo's for load out and no weapons, or upgrades. I am in port when I try this, but a no go. Is there anything I did wrong or am I missing something?

Again I installed the mods as directed. What is this one ... #Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_Patch_1_HotFix ? Do I need this one as well for the mods to work ?
