Can't say IF, Its more a when, we will see some kind of "Berlin-wall" around the border in Greece Italy etc
Hungary have made some kind of wall, Austria has made some temporary wall and now Slovenia has made some type of wall
Therefore I guess its the first step to wards such a wall.
