Ok so i just reinstalled and did the hsie patch manually without front end, and same problem. No idea what could be wrong

edit: So i disabled the Annheurbe GUI mod and the problem is gone! WTF though, I used this mod before? Did he add this as a "feature" or something? I really wanna use this mod as there is no other 1920x1080 mod that I like but i cant stand constantly hearing this.
