Here's how you troubleshoot. Pull all your mods back out. Play the game. Solid as a rock?
What you're going to do is, starting at the top of the list with TMO 2.5, enable the mods one by one and test them for stability. If you're stable, then plug the next one in. Test again. That will expose which one is causing your problem.
Please keep in mind that TMO was never intended to run with SCAF or Max Optics and those two were not intended to run together. Same with Traveller's Mod. TMO was never intended to run with it.
There will definitely be a conflict between mods intended to run with TMO 1.9 and TMO 2.5.
But run the program and you will expose the problem(s).
