Recently a IT friend of mine replaced my existing Graphics Card ( Nvidia GeForce 8800GT; 512 Ram) with a cheap approx £60 AMD card (AMD Radeon R7 250;1024 GDDR5 memory).
98% of the problems that I was having, no lnger exist.

You were right 'O'Ancient Mariner.

I would seriously look at a better card if it were not for the fact that it more than likely would entail the usual follow through of new Motherboard, New CPU unit, controller etc;etc.

Not viable at the present moment.

Still running over 90 mods, this time however, the increase in graphics Ram copes with it all fine.

Still have not got SH3 installed as for some reason or another, I could not seem to find the correct download points for the essential mods. The installation disc for SH3 installation works fine,however.

I have also sownloaded a new Tank game, initially free, from War Gaming.Net. They offer Tanks, Aircraft and Ships. Good. Look it up.
