The only file that was was modified was the AI_Sensors.dat. This file deals strictly with the enemy sensors. The players' sensors were untouched so whatever you were playing with as default still exists.

The TL settings affected are the MinHeight=(depth). These were edited individually and simulate the effect of gradually slipping into an area where the AI active and passive sensors lose their effectiveness. The later war sensors are able to penetrate a bit deeper than early war (due to later technology)but still their efficiency gradually decreases. You still have to be quiet and use some common sense. This has been tested both in its original mod form with Random folders and in the latest SH3 Commander format and both play out exactly the same.

This mod is very subtle. There are no indications that you have been issued a "TL" loaded file by Commander other than using the stealth meter. Personally I used it for testing purposes but it made things way too easy so in real game play I turn it off.
