Standard fare MN style
with durien for dessert! I'd go neck and neck between Hákarl and lutefisk though! But then I'm biased Far more lutefisk is consumed in the United States than in Scandinavia, much of it by Nordic Americans in Lutheran churches and Sons of Norway lodges.Madison, Minnesota, has dubbed itself the "lutefisk capital of the world... St. Olaf College ('73) in Northfield, Minnesota serves lutefisk during their Christmas Festival concerts. They also host an annual music festival called "Lutefest". It is important to clean the lutefisk and its residue off pans, plates, and utensils immediately. Lutefisk left overnight becomes nearly impossible to remove. Sterling silver should never be used in the cooking, serving or eating of lutefisk, which will permanently ruin silver. properly served at the 'church social' with Swedish meatballs and a half-barrel ($72.95) of Hamm's... "U betcha!" I'd serve Moosehead but that's $94.95!!! EH!
