A picture is worth a thousand words!! I see what you mean. I'll take a look at my game setup with those mods.
One thing I notice about the picture....the screen seems really wide. What resolution are you using?
Is the game resolution the same as the monitors native resolution......I mean, is your Windows screen resolution the same as what you're running the game?
You're using the 8:5 aspect ratio correction. The largest resolution it corrects is a 1680x1050. There's another issue with the 8:5 aspect ratio (which I won't go into now) but maybe you need to use another resolution with a different aspect ratio correction.
