We have a road called the NJ Parkway, just called the parkway by locals. It is kind of like the Autobahn I guess you can call it, a high speed expressway From North to South.
The posted speed is 65 MPH, but the normal flow of traffic is 80 MPH. The road was supposed to be toll free years ago, but our politicians keep stealing the money, so the tolls go up... They have cameras at the toll plazas, and I make it a point to give the finger as I pull in.
I remember when I was (staying with the flow of traffic mind you) and going 95 MPH and a state trooper blows by me at 100 plus, we made eye contact, I was horrified, he just kept going, I was relieved. (30 mph over the limit is a huge kick in the backside, you get points, fines court dates, it's a mess)
Take it from a Jersey boy, we are screwed up.But I would live no place else. NJ accepts people like me
