If it states so somewhere on the page then it isn't a scam. Nearly every online retailer dose this(use third party affiliates to fulfill orders) even Amazon. Personally I only use Amazon for online purchases. They are reliable and it is clearly posted when the item is fulfilled by Amazon or an affiliate. Furthermore if any issue occurs Amazon will resolve the issue regardless.

I just looked and it clearly states even in the search page if an item is shipped by an affiliate or Wal-Mart. Not sticking up for them I'm merely pointing out the the lesson should be read all the information you see on a web page carefully before making a purchase.
