Not 100% sure but Wos use a potential buggy version of Equipment and upgrades, but AFAIR this problem should appear only if uplay is still active which should not be the case with Wos (if you patch the exe with the snapshot).

To make it simple EQP& upgrade mod change the stock equipement ID to regroup them by type, but the problem is that the game was using this ID to lock or unlock all the uplay skin at each start, so sometime the game lock or unlock the wrong equipement including all uplay skin.

I have made an hotfix for this problem/bug.

But this hotfix only work after a new campaign.
