This is a great AA mod', if you are frustrated about having to dive every time there is an enemy aircraft in the area

Can anyone tell me where I can locate a file to mod' to increase the accuracy of the gunners. All my gunners are AA qualified as is the watch officer. They all have at least 14 missions of experience but their hit ratio is quite poor and I would like to adjust this. Dark Wolf has directed me towards the cfg/data/sim.cfg file but this is not giving me the result I desire.
My apologies to the purists as this is a mod' for those who wish to have some fun rather than those with more serious intentions.
