Im thinking i will spend the $10 or so bucks to get the CD. It's been a week since I got the game and now I have a hang of how everything works, I will get the CD and patch the game and maybe even go after steam to get my original $10 just because before I paid I had no idea I was going to have to deal with that bs Uplay.
