I have just finished browsing through the mod forums for the most recent RSRD and ISP mods. They have been installed successfully, but my Tambor class still is missing its diesel/electric engines. I am honestly not sure what is going on. I will just blame a corrupted save file and try further testing once I have more time. Thanks for the help everyone!
