The chap may have been Cybermat47. He was working on a career mod for the IJN sub service.

By the way, if you wish to see more than two pages displayed in a subforum, just click on the display options at the bottom of the forum's page. You set how far back you want to go in forum history and then click on the 'show threads' button. You can can even set it to show posts from the beginning.
