It's not in Silent Hunter 5 (and not likely to be, unless someone builds a Soviet campaign mod, which would be a huge undertaking), but you can certainly play it in the "Советский фарватер" mod for Silent Hunter 4.
Otherwise, the Sch-class were probably the most similar non-German boat of WWII to the Type VII, and were partially influenced by German technology (although they pre-dated the Type VII itself).
