Sounds like you have an "
sh4" folder in your documents folder. Check there for one and if found rename it to"SH4-USS <whateverYoulike>" or just "
sh4-old". As for the ActiveUserPlayerUnits.cfg, USS Fresh will not have one because you haven't made commission on a boat in game yet.
