Some weeks ago we had a big military exercise up here, Army, Air force and navy, from several NATO countries, but ended March 18th. And when cities like Tromsų is visited by foreign naval ships etc, they usually announce it in the local media. And, since the "temperature" between NATO and Russia currently are pretty hot, i wouldn`t expect such a meeting like this in broad daylight, just at the shores of a small community with 600 people.
