The reason? I almost always use internet and download things during breaks at work, from my office, and the lan is behind a firewall that, in this case, has the site in his black list: Bannend site: tinyurl.com
Another reason is it will take forever, form here, to upload this 250 MB circa of zip file. Have you another loation/service to wich I can try to upload it (if you still didn't managed to get this file and still want it)?
