All of which put's me in the way of a mod idea. The nature of a crash dive was a very dicey affair as Goebbler's book on the U-505 reveals. He was the crewman dive guy assigned to valve control in the 'Zentralle'. One screw-up by a crewman, in haste, could be fatal as the dive would be unrecoverable. Can and should there not be a random oops mod...it had to have happened...more than once. We'll call it the 'watery borne mod'
