Here are few tips ;-)

* When have buyed all the crew you need . Just (without bying anything)
go out for only 24 hours , when you finished doing that , and you head home , stop exactly 12km from your home harbour . Then you can reward your crew with medals , aand stuff

When you have to save the game do this :

NOT SAVE THE GAME UNDERWATER .
NOT NEAR SHIPS .
NOT NEAR LAND . when you do this ,, you're good to go .

Now : GO SINK THEM ALL , AND BE AGRESSIVE
