If you're gonna clean the Registry type this [Silent Hunter] in the registry 'find' box... This is... WITHOUT THE BRACKES!!!

Go through the entire registry, when you find a key delete it... make sure you select the correct line, then pres [F3[ to continue the search.
If you're unfamiliar with manual registry cleaning and second guess the key string to select (they can be pretty long), set the registry window so you can re-size it, than simply left klick on the bottom and hold so you can move the edge of the window up to the line.

I'm pretty sure the Silent Hunter.exe is still in the registry and a couple of other key leftover's.

Once you've done, restart Windows and after that do a registry defrag and a hdd defrag.

A good registry cleanup and defrag tool is Tuneup Utilities (Got a 30 day trial free of charge)
AVG PC tuneup is very good aswell.
