I admit I was hoping for some sort of reply by now.
Just try going to your Ubisoft Game Launcher in your Program x86 folder.
A typical installation would be:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher
Open the last folder and look for the UbisoftGameLauncher .exe Application icon.
There are two of these.
Right click your mouse over the 1st icon and select Run as Administrator.
You might also want to check your SH5.exe is set to run as administrator.
I still get a Uplay error sometimes when I go to load the game.
I just go back to to the Ubisoft Game Launcher and run it again as an administrator and it works again.
