It is gross to make a legacy off of someone elses service, and any politician who does so deserves something done to them. He will most likely get re elected, because in his commercials he will state that he stands up for the veterans, and loves our American heroes

*cue My country tis of thee playing while Chris Kyle pictures and the American flag waving*

Jerky McJagoff For congress, this message is approved by Chris Kyles corpse, and you hate America, and veterans if you DO NOT vote for ME!
It depends to me really some of the people that impersonate it kind of clear that they arernt all there. The man in the mall had been busted for impersonating police officers before. I can agree with the man getting mad at him as the impersonator was clearly all there mentally.

Some of the videos I've seen though they get a little bent out of shape and are seeking to make a big video of it. I mean just say hey you're a phony now get lost. I actually saw one where the person got carried away and another vet said chill out with it in this case it was pretty obvious that the person dressed up was not all there.

Also I knew of a Vietnam Vet that had severe paranoid schizophrenia he lived in one of those half way house deals. Anyway thus guy would often stand and direct traffic some people thought he was just waving and gave him an American flag which he kept. Now this man sometimes he'd wear partial uniform. If you where to walk up and ask him chances are high that he might give you a strange sounding story which would lead one to believe that he was not legit when he was. This is why I do not agree with the overly aggressive clips you can find. Shipley checks and double checks then he gives the person a chance to recant and stop their claims only then dose he post their "deeds" publicly.

As to the Texas Congressman that type of thing will always occur and unfortunately many people fall for it but what is political office ever anyway but a person saying what they think their largest likely voting group wants to hear? I'll bet he well pleased the people he wanted to please.
