Okay, necro-thread time. Hayne's website finally has this book listed, and given a April 2015 release date:

Here's hoping the year-long delay was for the better, because if this book is as bad as the U-boat manual Haynes churned out last year, you'll probably have to put a gun to my head before I'd buy another Haynes naval reference.
