You are wrong. Pre-1492 Muslim-to-the-bone Spain was in full bloom. Treaties of medicine, chemistry, philosophy, astronomy, works of literature and arts were of highest standards and stand up to today's scrutiny. Plenty of that findings contributed massively to the progress of late maedieval Europe. Discarding
en masse achievements of Muslim culture and its achievements is fundamentally wrong. We must observe the "slight" difference between Muslim culture in general and people, who often, willingly or not turn it into its nightmarish caricature.
