www.rapidshare.de is a good choice.
How big is this thing? If it is less than ~7-8 MB I might facilitate with my own web space. My provider gives me something like 10 MB web space. As for the zipping, may I suggest 7zip (
www.7zip.org )? It gives you about 10% better compression than all the others.
