what was that happening on the tomcat video about 1 min 30 secs into the clip it looked like a cloud stuck to the arse end of the aircraft as it flew over?

what have they replaced the tomcat with?

if there were only two sea harrier squadrons what would they do if all 3 of the RN carriers were at sea at the same time?or would that not ever happen?
