Four hours after thanking them for the tip about getting past the login SNAFU and asking them for further help with getting the game to actually RUN

I got a response from them asking for copies of my DxDiag file and my "msinfo32"

I sent them both within an hour of receiving their response. Now the ball's back in their court.
