I was getting this little graphical problem using GW and it was driving me crazy:
But I D/L'ed your JSGME version of the fix above and just tested it on my Type IXB in Grey Wolves, and no more see-through watch crewmen.
I won't really miss that guy in the picture - he was seriously creeping me out up there on the bridge.
