when you added the heavy radio message mod, IIRC, you have to delte the original file( rename it,make a copy, or move it to a safe location so you can revert back if needed) and then rename the heavy radio message file to the original name. Did you remember to rename the file after deleting the original, and did you rename it exactly as the original file?
