You were right sir. I removed one mod at a time and the culprit was the "The DarkWraith DC Water Disturbance v2.0 SH4"
Thank you and a big thank you to Moonlight who in a previous post made a suggestion about the "Water Disturbance" mod
Now to find me some targets
