I've RUB installed and No fatigue, apart from that it's the stock game, for the realism settings I would've to look it up, realistic damaged is checked tho...

I couldn't find the entry you're talking about, in de_menu.txt (I guess that's the one you meant, I couldn't find a file named Menu_de.txt)

Or I'll just install Sh3 commander...
