For now I just wanna say thanks to whole community - from great mods to great support and lots and lots of info...
p.s. for now strugling with overwelming info on SH3. Just installed fresh, GWX3 gold, JSGME 26, SH3 commander 32, GWX files for SH3 commander 3.2 1.2., SH3 XPSP2 Res Fix for 1.4b. Hope this works and hope this setup is a starting way to go
