that shouldn't be a problem i guess.
first a clean install, then the latest game update and then the mods you'd like.
99.9% of the time the modders will notify if something special needs to be done like "needs to be installed as last on mod the list", "needs clean install", "needs to be in homebase bunker"etc etc.
i've recently returned to SH after a very long period of illness and hospitals, so....
